    Place fixed groups

    Start with guests who need to sit together. Leave uncertain names in the unassigned area.

    Then

    Check each table

    Read every table as a group. Move a name if the conversation or access needs do not work.

    Last

    Print a clean copy

    Print only after checking late replies and any changes supplied by your venue.

    This tool does not set table capacities. Confirm each table's safe capacity and layout with your venue before printing the final plan.

    No. The tool works in your browser without registration.

    How do I save the chart as a PDF?

    Select Print or save as PDF, then choose the PDF option in your browser's print window.

    Can I move a guest without dragging?

    Yes. Each guest has a table menu. Choose a table or move the guest back to Unassigned.
